How to come to us

To reach our surf camp you need to travel by private speed boat or Mentawai fast boat from Padang, West-Sumatra. Padang is reachable by plane to Minangkabau Airport from Jakarta or Kuala Lumpur.

Mentawai Connect - private speed boat:
The fastest way to reach our place. The private speed boat is organized by Mentawai Connect. They head straight to the islands in only 3.5 to 4 hours and bring you to our camp. Mentawai Fast Boat:
The fast boat runs from Padang to Siberut 3 times a week (Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday). The boat leaves at 7 am and the trip takes up to 7 hours. Fast boat tickets can be purchased at the Mentawai Fast office a day before (2 pm until 5 pm) or the day of your departure (6 am). If you wish, we can help you buy the ticket. The ticket price doesn’t include surfboard luggage. This needs to be paid on the morning when the fast boat leaves. The ticket for one person is 350k IDR.

Slow overnight ferry:
Leaves from Padang harbor around 6 pm in the evening and arrives at 4 am in Siberut. The harbor is quite far outside Padang, which is why we recommend taking the fast boat or Mentawai Connect.

Since the fast boat leaves early in the morning, you need to arrive in Padang one day before and stay one night in Padang. Here you can enjoy the famous and delicious Nasi Padang, rest one night and jump on the boat the next day.

When you arrive at Siberut Harbor, one of our crew members will pick you up with our fast boat and bring you to the surf camp (approximately 1 hour ride).
